Mehdi Naderisoorki, Assistant Professor, Google Scholar

Mr. Mehdi Naderisoorki received his Ph.D. degree in telecommunication networks from Isfahan University of Technology, Iran, in 2018. He held a research scholar position at the Wireless@VTGroup, Virginia Polytechnic Institute, and State University, USA, from 2015 to 2018. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at the Engineering Faculty of Shahid Chamran University (SCU) in Ahvaz, Iran. Where he directs the intelligent wireless networks (IWiN) research laboratory, within the Electrical Engineering group at SCU, he is also the entrepreneurial leader of the research group for wireless networks-based intelligent applications (Winiapp) at the advanced technologies incubator Center of SCU. Mehdi’s main research interests include designing new algorithms and architectures for next-generation wireless networks using mathematical tools such as machine learning, game theory, graph theory,  queuing theory, optimization techniques, point processes, and multi-agent systems. In addition to these, he also focuses on developing artificial intelligence-empowered data processing tools and wireless access network-based data gathering systems to design smart applications in different areas such as smart nomadic villages and smart small towns.

Arshia Madadi

Arshia Madadi is currently an undergrad student in Electrical Engineering at the engineering faculty, Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz (SCU), Iran. He also works as a electronic circuit designer and hardware programmer at Winiapp. His main research interests include designing and implementing IoT devices equipped with long range wireless access links for the outdoor IoT applications.

Sadra Soltani Hafshejani

Sadra Soltani Hafshejani is currently an undergrad student in Electrical Engineering at the engineering faculty, Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz (SCU), Iran. He also works as a electronic circuit designer and hardware programmer at Winiapp. His main research interests include vehicular wireless networks for smart cities.

Fatemeh Loveymi

Miss. Fateme Loveymi received her B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz (SCU), Iran, in 2022. Fatemeh is currently an M.Sc. student in the electrical engineering group at SCU. Her main research focus is on recognizing human activity from indoor wireless access network signals by combining signal processing techniques and machine learning. She also works as a hardware developer and programmer of IoT devices for indoor applications at Winiapp. Her main research interests include the design and implementation of indoor IoT devices and machine learning techniques.

Arsalan Keyvanrad

Arsalan Keyvanrad received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz (SCU), Iran, in 2024. Arsalan is currently an M.Sc. student in the electrical engineering group at SCU. He also works as a hardware developer and programmer of IoT devices at Winiapp. His main research includes designing secure, reliable, and robust wireless access network for the industrial IoT applications.

Somayeh Davarani

Miss Somaye Davarani received her M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz (SCU), Iran, in 2023. She focused on the array signal processing tool during her master’s study. Since 2023, Someyeh has started her Ph.D in Telecommunication Engineering at SCU. During her Ph.D program, she has also started working as a researcher for the Winiapp team, where she works on edge Intelligence and lightweight machine learning for future artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled IoT devices.

Former researcher

Hossein Aghajari

Mr. Hossein Aghajari received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz (SCU), Iran, in 2019. From 2020 to 2023, he worked as the head of several hands-on IoT projects at Winiapp. Since 2023, Hossein has become a graduate student in Telecommunication Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Milan (POLIMI) focusing on wireless communications. He has continued his work as a remote researcher with Winiapp, where he works on the low-power and long-range wireless IoT devices for future smart cities and villages.

Arash Rezazadeh

Mr. Arash Rezazadehis currently pursuing an M.Sc. Degree in Telecommunication Engineering with engineering faculty at Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz (SCU), Iran. For the time being, he also works as a researcher at Winiapp. His main research interests include the design of long-range wireless access networks.

Hamed Bakhtiari babadegani

Mr. Hamed Bakhtiari received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz (SCU), Iran, in 2020. From 2020 until 2023,  he worked as a programmer and secure communication researcher at Winiapp. Hamed focused on applied cryptography and network security in the electrical engineering department at Sharif University of Technology in 2021. His main research interests include industrial IoT, network security and cryptography, secure communication in IoT, and deep learning algorithms for security problems.

Sajad Ahmadinabi

Mr. Sajad Ahmadinabi received his  B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz (SCU), Iran, in 2020. From 2020 to 2023,  he worked as a researcher and developer on digital systems for wireless telecommunication networks such as implementing a low-power and long-range (LoRa) wireless network at Winiapp. Sajad started a graduate program focusing on Neuroscience in the electrical engineering department at Sharif University of Technology in 2021. His main research interests include the biomedical Internet of things, biomedical networks, computational neuroscience, electrophysiology, and learning in brain and machine programs.

Hasan Rajabi

Mr. Taha Ahvazi is currently an undergrad student in computer science at the mathematical science and computer faculty, at Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz (SCU), Iran. He also works as a full-stack developer at Winiapp. His main research interests include developing user-friendly mobile applications for IoT-based solutions.
